Claim not paid within certain time period

I have put in a claim in April and got a sms saying that it will be paid within six weeks. I have sent multiple inquires with regards to this, to find out how far along is the process of my claim. It's been over six weeks now and I have not received any response from anyone! I am very frustrated with this company because I have invested so much yet they take so long for a claim I have put in weeks ago! Everyone is useless, no one gets back to my emails and when I call the line is busy ! I've logged many complaints and still no response!
