Claim not paid out since October 2015

I was retrenched by my company in August and Alexander Forbes started processing my claim in October and shortly after I received a message saying that i need to contact SARS as my tax directive had been declined. I went to SARS and they updated my details. I contacted Alexander Forbes to let them know I've gone to SARS and confirmed my Tax number. Shortly after again my tax directive was declined again. I went to SARS again and the lady just said i should submit some tax returns. i contacted Alexander again doubled checked my tax number. again my tax directive was declined. I phoned the SARS call centre and they said Alexander forbes is using incorrect details. My tax directive application was declined again in January due to invalid tax number. I don't know what to do anymore.
