Claim not paid Alexander Forbes My I'd number is ********** 213083 My last day at my previous company was 13 July 2018 , I have been making follow up from both the company and Alexander Forbes on my claim but was advised that the withdrawal form was only send end of July and I received a notification SMS that payment will be processed within 4weeks I called again yesterday the 23 th August and was told there are still paper work outstanding , surely this would have been dealt with in the past week.
