Claim not attended for 30 days now
Alex Forbes is the worst. I have app**** for my 2pot claim on the 7th September 2024 sent documents and no one has attended my claim to date 07 October 2024.they claim 20 days is their turnaround time but a whole month of waiting WITH NO communication is unreasonable .I have sent numerous emails only to get an automated response. My claim on your tracking app has not moved from assessment to claim registered since the 7th September. The least you can do is have someone call or send an email is there is a problem. An explanation is all I need for a months delay.
