Claim logged in July still not paid!!!
Writing another review because Alexander Forbes has still not addressed my issue. I have sent numerous emails, I still have not received any responses. So disappointed with Alexander Forbes!! I logged a normal withdrawal claim in July and have not received the funds; we are now in October!! First of all getting through to a consultant when you call is a mission and when you do you do not get a satisfactory explanation on the status of the claim. Can someone who cares please assist with my claim!

I am utterly disappointed with Alexander Forbes, how many phone calls, emails, reviews must one do to get assistance.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed since July, today it is exactly 3 months since I logged it, sending emails, calling to get my funds and to date no one has assisted me, I am being given the same update that my withdrawal needs to be sent for tax, honestly???? No one cares to reply to my emails, if I am lucky to get through to a call centre agent I am asked the same questions, promised the matter will be escalated and they will call me back for an update but no one ever does.
I need someone to resolve this.
