Claim issue

I resigned at my previous employer and requested for the payout of my provident fund but always when I call I get a run around no one is giving me answers on what's happening and they always say there are forwarding my query to the admin who is dealing with it but that person never gets back to me. If that's how they treat ppl when they suppose to pay your money I don't ever want to work with them.
