Claim going on for almost a year.

My Claim has not been actioned since the November 2020, and the claims department has refused to give me an update after it is going for a year now, this is not professional at all. I asked Fhatuwani Mulungwa for his seniors details he refused and didn't not get back to me it has been a week since he refused and ****ha Bechai doesn't wanna give me an update on my claim That is not professional guys i hope you treat everyone the same way.
