Claim for provident

Hi i have a big problem with alexander forbes when it comes to claiming the provident fund.i have submitted all the requested documents that they required from my side.the money was disinvested from the 8th of April 2024 they told me that they're waiting for tax directive and it will be submitted on Monday 15th of April 2024

But when i called today to do a follow up am hearing stories from Alexander Forbes and their agencies.

Clearly its me now how's doing a follow up everyday and i need this money to pay off my bond,the bank is about to auction my house

The lady who's suppose to make a tax directive is not answering the emails

Am so disappointed with alexander Forbes the way they do business if the companies knew the challenges we come across with Alexander Forbes they would definitely look for alternative investments.

They're paying my money in pieces and the tax will automatically be high.

I wouldn't suggest any company to go with alexander forbes .

Now the funny part its me how's doing the followups. I was only paid R10991.91 on the 5th of April 2024 and the other money was disinvested on the 8th of April 2024 until today am waiting for this lady to send a tax directive maybe she will send it after the bank has auctioned my house.

Thats the service we receiving from the big company like alexander forbes

Poor service should be the name of the company from now on.
