Claim ***

Am not happy at the way my claim was handled, I have not received any correspondence from Alex forbes, I had to call in and only I was advised that my claim is pending documentation due to surname verification, I have submitted documents and even went to the branch to submit document and nothing is still done, can someone please assist with my claim as am need of the funds and having to have worked for so long and still have to beg for your money.
