Claim

I resigned from my employer 27 October 2018 and due to EOH not contacting me my claim form was only submitted 03 December. I uderstand that there is a 4-6 week turnaround time, however due to your Service provider (EOH) not meeting there obligations by contacting clients timeously i feel that this claim should be expedited. Its been a week already and at the time of this complaint the claim is still with the administrators having to confirm my date of exit.

Could this matter please be treated with urgency.

Regards Jason Jacobs

Thank you for the response albeit the standard copy paste that doesnt give me much hope of this issue being resloved expeditiously.

I would ike to compliment Jack on being one of the few staff I dealt with that actually proved me wrong and partially restored my faith in "major companies" employing competent staff within a call centre. Its not often that a promise of a call back is held. He not only called back, he actually knew what he was doing. Whatever jack is earning is not enough. Thank you Jack for your assistance.
