Good day
since i wrote to you last week, i received an email acknowledging my complaint and i was told it would be solved in 4 business days. today is day 4 and since the initial email from kopano Boshomane which stated i would receive regular updates. i have not received a single update thus far and i was advised to not call the call center again, so what should i do?
