CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE!!!!!

I resigned from my previous company in December. I filled in my Forms and have asked for my funds to be transferred to my Sanlam Retirement Annuity. till this date this has not happened, its 5 months later I have wasted endless Airtime just trying to get hold of some one in your call center department but i end up waiting over 20 min and i end up ending the call, when i eventually did get hold of someone(Lebohang Kotole or Ashleigh Tarr) they told me the problem, the problem was that Sanlam hadn't received some form for them to fill in and send it through to Alexander Forbes in order for the funds to be released, but to this Date my Finanical Advisor is unable to get hold of your administration team, Same problem persists. Till this Dare they are unable to get hold of someone.

SO now i want to cancel this transfer but i cant get hold of anyone, my money is sitting in you account accumulating interest! this has been going on for the past 5 months!! this is unacceptable that no one answers!

I would Highly Appreciate that some one contacts me IMMEDIATELY. Here i was thinking of investing that money with Alexander Forbes, but i wont be doing that cause i cant get hold of anyone!! I want my money to be transferred to my account.
