Cant Get Hold of Alexander Forbs, They do not pay over My Pension money.

My pension was handled threw Alexander Forbs and from end of August 2020, Requested to pay my Pension to Other company to be Managed. Since then nothing happened and I cant get Hold of them to help me. I send mails and requests on there Websites without any success. Can you please assist, They are not worthy of any rating. Regards
