Can't ever get a hold of anyone at Alexander Forbes

I have a retirement account with AF and have been diligently saving in it over the last 2 years through my employer scheme. I finally have a question and am completely unable to speak to someone. Tried 3 times to do the Contact Us page - no one has responded or got in touch. Called them 7 times in one sitting and eventually just get disconnected, or have someone tell me they can't hear me anymore (I tried using 2 different phones so wasn't a problem with the phone). Asked one of the reps to get back in touch and nothing has happened. Absolutely god-awful customer service. Looking for other providers now. Don't know why these companies get paid so much for something I can do on an app...
