Cannot assist at all!
I have complained once already on this platform regarding Alexander Forbes. After my first complaint, they did respond and once again I had to resend them e mails and documents. Since 9th March 2020, they have not bothered to get back to me, again. Disgusting business dealings!!!!! Why can no-one actually assist and not pass the buck?
