CAN I GET SOME ACTION AND ANSWERS????
I have been contacted this week about an excess from a fund that belongs to me. On looking into this matter, I have discovered that I have completed the documents, sent them back to Alexander Forbes in 2015!! Yes, 2015! And nothing has happened since then. I am now trying to finalise the matter, yet Alexander Forbes are dragging their heals, are not answering my questions, and seem to be making the process of transferring MY money out of their account. This is just not acceptable!
