I was retrenched and have been trying to access my pension fund from AF and its a nightmare. They keep telling me that SARS has rejected the tax directive but each time i contact SARS they say no application has been made by AF. I have contacted AF to give me a reference number from their call to SARS for the application and 10 days later there is no response. I have been trying to call and my airtime is getting exhausted as i am kept on hold for 10min at a time until it eventually hangs up.

Absolutely terrible service, no good client feedback and takes forever to get responses from them!
