Business stops when people is on leave.
My withdrawal claim has been registered for 36 days now. My final contribution was only allocated a few days ago and now awaiting fund administration to continue with my claim as they were on leave? Every 48 hours I need to phone back for feedback and the onky thing they do is escalating the matter. You cant even speak to a manager. Onky apparently when the fund administration takes over my withdrawal it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the claim to be processed but my claim has been registered for almost 40 days?
