Brilliant Service

<p>So often we take time to complain and when the problem has been resolved we fail to recognise the people that went all out to sort out our queries.</p> <p>I would like to take this time and thank Jack Matlou who has been listening and offered asssistance when i complained and continuously called me to give me feedback regarding the query.</p> <p>I would also like to thank Claude Muller for the help and giving alternatives on how we can get this query sorted out.</p> <p>These two gentleman know what customer service is and they know how to do their work effeciently and professionally.
