Breach of security and theft at the Alexander Forbes Ba*****t Parking

This is not a service review. I had my laptop and my bag with cash for school fees and other related items ****** from my car at the ba*****t parking at Alexander Forbes on the 22 May 2018.

I have sent emails to their CEO to deal with this matter. To date, no resolution has been made as there are no cameras at the Alexander Forbes ba*****t parking to assist in investigating this incident.

I made them aware of the dangers of corporate parking not having cameras given high crime levels in parking areas, including theft, possibility of **** and hijackings. I made them aware that I was willing to discuss this matter with them and would only go this route due to their silence and their lack of response to the matter I have raised with them.

Their onsite Head of Security treated me as though I was not truthful and this had not occurred there. No searches were done on the security personnel. Their ba*****t parking is a private, corporate parking and not public parking. I expressed that I have been violated, humiliated as though I am the ******** and I was hoping that they would compensate me for my loss.

Therefore, I would rate Alexander Forbes Head Office ba*****t parking to zero. Staff and visitors are unsafe there as their CEO did not express any resolution on security going forward including installing cameras. And there has been no progress on the items that were ****** from my car.

I am quite irate about this and this is the first step to publicly shame Alexander Forbes until they resolve my case.

I have reported the matter with the SAPS and I am also awaiting feedback from them.
