Blocking of Claim Payout

My claim were submitted almost a month ago already so they well in their turn over time but a red flag were raised against my claim called a lieu(I owe someone/company money).First the 1 agent confirmed it may be a divorce claim and they waiting on that dept to confirm ,I went and did there work for them getting that confirmation from the specific dept (clearly no communication between depts),now here's the thing after that issue were confirmed(by myself) no one to date in Alexander Forbes can tell me who I owe and how much therefor I will not receive my own money that I have been working for so the red flag remains on my claim and no one is doing anything to clear. I just have to wait
