Bitter taste in my mouth

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, the lack of customer service is really concerning. Their call center personal is good at lying, everytime you call you get some sort of excuse that something has to be processed after 14 working days or 48 hours. I submitted my transfer and withdrawal in March and still nothing, I called on Friday and was told my payment is being processed and it should reflect latest Tuesday morning i checked nothing. They don't respond to emails and their call center seems to be answered by the same person who's a good story teller.
