Billing /Accounts

After many years of tracking me down , thank you for finding me for and unclaimed amount.I have submitted all the documents required.When I call to find out when I am going to be paid, I am being told that they have received my documents but my claim will be processed by end of July if lucky it can be earlier.I find this unacceptable regardless of the amount being owned to me.The service is very poor.
