Bidvest Unclaimed Benefits

I was called by a tracing agency called ICTS in May last year about unclaimed benefits from Bidvest Retirement Fund. I submitted docs about a week later. When I went back to them to fin out what the status is, they said A/F has all the docs and should be processing the claim. I called them numerous times then was told that payment will be made on the 30th Nov 2015. When that didn't happen, I called yet again and was told to wait as they have a backlog of claims. 2 weeks later, I called yet again and some lady told me that she'll send my claim as a priority, as my docs were up to date and received a long time ago. It's Jan 2016 and I'm still waiting. No one even has the decency to call and advice on the status. I have to use my own airtime to track the status of the claim. It's embarrassing to see a company as big as A/F failing like this..It really is. Even if my unclaimed benefit is R500, I need it because I worked very hard for it. A/F, pull up your socks or watch smaller companies take business from you.
