Beyond Pathetic
It's amazing how Alexander Forbes used to give us flack over lousy complaints from their clients when I used to work for their service provider. I guess they were trying to over compensate for their pathetic service. Calls go unanswered and don't even get me started on the e-mails. I've been trying to follow up on a claim for I don't know how long now. The service rating requires a below zero scale.
