Beneficiary funds

The benefiary trust fund their administrator they fool of nonsense. I this 4 years they not administrating good. They close the payment of monthly from last September till February 2024 and they decided to pay for three months. Where is the child money went. I requested the school clothes they didn't pay stationery and school trip. I been calling e mailing them they say the close the request without letting me know. They must tell me where should I get the money from.
