Below par service

<p>I don't even know where to start, I have sent numerous complaints and nothing has been said or done about my query. I am truly at a loss for words.. my full review at my disappointment will follow shortly but all I can say is South African consumers deserve better than what these faceless corporations give. We work hard for our money and we expect it to work for us when we pay for a service. Sadly that is seldom the case. God willing, I'll never have to deal with Alexander Forbes again in my life. </p>
