Been sending messages on email but automated service says 3 days but no one is helping

We have been sending emails on behalf of friend regarding unclaimed funds but the email has an automated message saying that they will respond in 3 days however this is not the case. We would like to claim the unclaimed funds but we need someone to tell us what paperwork to send to who. Can someone please help me.
