Bad services by Mpho Mohlabi
I am highly disappointed by the service provided by Mpho Mohlabi. I was told to fill in new banking details because my previous employer provided the incorrect banking details. He said as soon as I've filled the forms the new banking details will be loaded on the system that was last week Thursday. Now his giving me a different story that his claims department needs to update the banking details his gonna provide me with feedback on the 25th.. I think I should go to speak out cause I did my part with submitting the correct forms

Based on the information you provided, you will be required to complete the attached form as the banking details provided on the claim form by the employer is not correct. I will also require your ID copy as well. Once you have provided me with these documents and ID copy, i will ask my team to update the details and re-call the payment.

Today I'm still receiving the same story about updating banking details, I got a form last week Wednesday that I need to fill and return was told on the email that after returning them the banking details will be updated and the payment redone still nothing.. like honestly I Feel like you doing all of this on purpose Mpho Mohlabi.
