Bad services

I am not happy with the services I’ve received so far, they are very bad. I have been waiting for my withdrawal claim for 2 months with poor communication from Alexander Forbes.

On the 6/05/2025, I received communication that payment will be in within 7-14 days that’s also after I contacted them a couple of times. Till today I have not received payment. When I contact them no one seems to know what’s going on and everytime they tell me they taking it up which they never do and I was informed that I will get feedback with 2-3 days which again no one comes back to me I again have to contact the company and hold for long and still no one can assist me.
