Bad services

I have put a claim for my profident fund submitted all the relavent documents I have been waiting for their response since July nothing has happened and no one has said anything from their side, i even tried sending emails but nothing is happening ...this is frustrating me as I'm currently depending on that money since I'm unemployed and i have to provide for my children as i’m a single parent. I'm very unhappy with their service.
