Bad Service with Finance on my Claim
I have a claim that needs to be paid up to me by Alexander Forbes and I have been following up with them for more than 3 Months now with no luck and nobody is getting back to me as promised. All docs were sent to Alexander Forbes in July 2015 it's now been 6 months. Each time when I call I am being told that my claim is on the priority list and someone will get back to me within 48hour,till today I am still waiting for their 48hour
