Bad Service to Unclaimed funds Department.

Holding to enquirer about my late Fathers unclaimed funds was holding for almost 35 minutes after the lady who answered just kept me holding talking to her colleague after I heard saying please dial my ext I hardly can't hear a word from the caller while I kept on shouting 'Hello" after she decides to hung up . Unprofessional service while they supposed to assist. If all calls are recorded why can't people who do such be disciplined. ??
