Bad service now turned out great!

I had an issue. I could not get assistance via the app and via calls to Alexander Forbes. I recently came across an amount of money that i needed to claim. I was contacted via email by a sweet lady called Karien and for sure she resolved my issue. I was so happy with her service. And I have to say i was very adamant to get answers which she answered professionally.thank you A. F for all your assistance and thanks for bearing with me
