Bad service no feedback nonsense

<p>This year i decided to open a tax free savings account through AlaxanderForbes financail services what a mistake the indivisuals who are working with peoples monay have no regard for feedback or a sense of treating a client fairly all they know is deducting the money from a my salary but when they have to give me my funds back it is a ****en mission the least to say , i have been struggling with them ever since i can remember now i want my monay back and nobody seems to know when the hell am i going to get my money , what makes this matter worse is that the bloddy agent that i spoke to told me she will call me bakc but has not even bothered to call me or provide me updates so that i know what is going to happen with my money , this is like a ****** stupud if not pathetic way of doing business,how do you take somone;'s money and have no idea how or when they will get money ,</p>
