Bad Service No Communication

I have been sending enquiries about the status of my application for the pas 2 weeks and I didn't get even 1 reply.

There was a webinar scheduled for the 18/09/2024 from 10:00 - 11:30 but that did not happen.

This morning i got a call saying my application was unsuccessful due to system failure and ill have to reapply. I asked if I reapply how long i have to wait for my application to be processed and i was told it will take 20 working days. This is unacceptable at all as it has been 3 weeks already ive have app**** there was no communication or what so ever but waiting for another 4 weeks is highly unacceptable. I have finance responsibilities to attend to and this will just cost me more and more losses than what im already facing.
