Bad service is an Understatement

I'm totally disappointed in this poor service... I wasted so much money airtime always I a que where there is High call volumes. It's sickening how you deal with clients. There ain't no customer service it doesn't exist in this company's culture. Someone will always revert back and nothing happens. I will never ever recommend this company bad service is an understatement seriously.
