BAD service, ***********

Very BAD customer service. I have submitted pension fund withdrawal forms on the 7 December 2021 and never received feedback since then. I only got feedback when I called and it was still wrong feedback, that's if I amanged to get through the busy call center. The people generally don't care as no one responds to emails. I wonder how big instutions entrust their employees savings with such *********** company. I am really dismayed at you Alexander Frobes.
