Bad service From Nonyameko Yalwa (Alex Forbes)

I am really worried with such bad service from an administrator by the name Nonyameko yalwa ,for her to process my withdrawal request I have to beg her as If I am applying for credit.The Call Centre are now tired of escalating to the extend that they have to give me her direct number so that I can try and contact her directly.Other people are paid to do nothing and tarnish companies such bad applies must be rooted out and thrown out into the bin.
