BAD SERVICE FROM ALEXANDER FORBES

Bad Service from Alexander Forbes. Their Phones just ring and no body answers the phones. They do not even get back to me when I send a call back to them. I am currently in a financial situation and my provident fund was in a transition period, and was told to me that my fund will be sent to alexander forbes today from Sanlam. I have been waiting for almost 2 months just for the transition period to be over which should be today, and i will have to wait another 1 and half months for my claim to go through and i currently have debts that i need to pay off. CAN SOMEONE FROM ALEXANDER FORBES CONTACT ME URGENTLY!!
