Bad Service from Alexander Forbes

Bad service from Alexander Forbes. Even though I have raised my concern on hello Peter but still they cannot resolve my situation. I think they need to hire competent employees. Even now I have been sent from pillar to post about my pension. How can they accept a court interdict that was served to them even though is non enforceable due to me being ceased to be a member of the fund on 31 August 2023. The court order was served to them on 19 September 2023. My wife rushed for this process after finding out about my retrenchment. As we speak I am a breadwinner and I cannot even support my family due to Alex Forbes involvement for no reason. How can they allow my dishonest wife to control the situation even though she also did receive her pension before and never received a cent from her. Tax Directive already issued to Alex Forbes but they still withhold my funds. Worse part I have never received any divorce summons. How can you entertain a divorce action which I am not aware of.
