Bad Service for unclaimed funds

Bad service, my husband submitted forms for withdrawal for company he worked for many years ago we where traced by tracers. Forms where filled in July and when we did a follow up we where told section 5 is missing which is where the Employer must sign but now where do we get the employer as the company doesn't exist?

I spoke to Mzamo regarding that and said he will talk to the administrators and they will have a look and come back to me they should be able to assist, then 2 weeks down the line still no feedback or correspondence from them I call again I get assisted by Mpho who looks into the matter and asks me to hold while he speaks to the administrator and I hold for more than 20 minutes and run out of airtime and hang up, and they dont bother calling you back.

I mean they should have records that show when the company started paying and when they stopped. The least they can do is give feedback and not give us a run around like headless chickens.
