Bad service for the divorce settlement

For the past 2 months I have been trying to get a payout fro Alexandra Forbes as part of my divorce settlement but you get sent from post to pillar. This company is really *********** and they are a pain to deal with. Everyday when you make a follow up they keep on asking for different documents.
