Bad service
This is the worst company I have ever seen. They do not reply to emails at all. I have sent emails and even follow up emails and still no response. It has been four weeks now since my claim was submitted and I have not received any form of communication regarding my claim. I wanted to open a unit trust with them but after this pathetic experience, I have changed my mind. They don't even deserve that one star.
