Bad service & communication
I'm very disappointed with the "customer service" I'm currently receiving from AF. The lack of communication from AF is so bad. I'm so happy to be transferring my funds. I will never recommend AF to anyone. Your staff is not professional at all. I have been sending mails almost daily and to date the last communication I have received was a week ago. I have logged a complaint, and I have not received any feedback from that as well. Hopefully this will get some attention.
