Bad service

Hi my name is Thabang I claimed for my money as I was dismissed at(previous job at Dunn's) .I sent my claims to the company Alexander Forbes at July 2019 ,when I called them on the 24th October 2019 they said they can't find my forms.but the person I app**** with at that time received her money.when I called Dunn's heard office they said they sent the claim forms to Alexander Forbes.then when call Alexander Forbes they no longer answer my calls.when I called them by a land line yesterday they answered and when I told them my name they hang up on me ..poor service .when they were deducting money from my salary they never missed a it but now when they have to pay its a problem.. Please I need assistant with this matter.
