Bad service

I deleted my hellopeter message and writing a new one because someone told me they will give me feedback yesterday but didnt.... I got a call late friday afternoon I suppose it was a quick call to get rid of me on friday

Shoo your consultant is ignoring my emails, I was told ill be paid by today with no luck, everytime i call there is an escalation but yeah to no avail very frustrating exercise it has been, other pension companies can pay with no delay in two weeks this is bad service
