Bad service at Alexander Forbes
My name is Siphokazi Mbulawa, I've had a bad experience with Alexander Forbes with my withdrawal claim since the 10th of October 2023. Since then I've not gotten much feedback from them and when I do call no one is able to confirm how far the process is. This is very frustrating as they're a financial service provider and should be trusted by the people whom they deal with their funds. I'm at a point where I feel neglected and am very annoyed.
