Bad service as usual

Good day, This is going into 20 working days since submitting my claim. Please provide feedback ASAP i have forwarded all required documents and yet NO response.

To date no call back or email from AF. I've spent over an hour on the phone no answer from any of the agents. I'm on my 20 working days and no movement on my claim. What bad service is this Alexander forbes how do u have my best interests at heart if I can't even reach u or u don't even contact me for my concerns
