Bad service and pension fund theft

My pension fund was cashed out on the 12th of December and with minimal assistance from the staff at Alexander Forbes to date it has not been paid out. I am being assisted by Leandra Abdul and her manager Jayshree but they avoid my calls and don't respond to my emails. They Divorce team at Alexander Forbes is like a ghost division because they send an email and after a week or so they send 1 email and then they are on leave again when you respond to them. They have shown very little interest in getting my funds paid out to me and also accept ********** documentation from my previous employer to pay the employer half of my funds they then taxed me for the full tax amount and then gave me a value of the balance after giving my previous company the full half. Alexander Forbes a trusted known mane amongst million even billions of people just seem to be a new scheme to make sure you the client is paid out when they want to attend to your query what a shame it has stopped so low.
